My husband and I will be staying in Calgary next week (6-10 July)
We would like to have a good steak dinner, any recommendations for a restaurant please.
I have read comments on the Metropolitan Grill which looked promising,but noisy and for a younger crowd (we are seniors !!)
All help would be appreciated.

Go to the Keg, it's a chain of steakhouses and their food is quite delicious

I make my own steaks at home. However, we've had great Prime Rib and Steaks at Le Villa. It's located in the suburbs, but the decor is extremely nice and the food is a little pricey, but worth the cost. They also have a sun room which is nice to dine in:

I would skip Metropolitan Grill for a steak, I didn't think their steaks were all that good.

Hy's is the best to me

We are staying downtown without a car, so unfortunately the suburbs are out.

Looked up Hy's and it is closed-up !!!

Try the Chicago Chop House. You can go to Ruth's Chris, but it's US beef, not local if that's important to you.

Also, try Caesar's
