we took the train from Nice to Antibes 2 weeks ago and did not even look - there is a great information stand right outside the station with a lot of great ideas

walk thru the old town towards the old city - great fort walls and lots of shops and tourist cafes and kiosks

get over to the Picasso Museaum

and walk along the sea wall

great views

have fun

No mention is made of left luggage under customer services at Antibes (which is available at Nice Ville for example). So I think the answer is no.

Have you thought about travelling hand-luggage only? Gives you a lot more flexibility.
