Train or bus.
Don't know if iis possible to get a round trip (return) train ticket which allows you to break your journey. Doubt it.
Train times and fares Berlin>Prague in English here:
http://www.bahn.de/international/view/en/index.shtml
Journey time nearly 5 hours. Standard one-way fare 60.20 euro, but there are cometime really good cheaper fares on bahn.de if you book well in advance. Check fares for your dates.
Buses are slower but cheaper Timetables and fares here:
http://www.studentagencybus.com/en/413_413/STUDENT-AGENCY-GERMANY
http://www.touring.de/
Takes about 5 hours. Touring.de costs 36 euro one-way, Studentagency bus may be cheaper and/or take longer.
From Prague to Warsaw by train look at the bahn.de link above for times (the site carries details for almost all European trains). For prices you will have to explore the Hungarian railway website on:
http://www.mav.hu/english/index.php
I have found it very difficult to find prices in English on this site, but Hungarian train fares are cheaper than e.g. Germany.
There is a bus from Prague to Warsaw (twice-weekly, I believe) but I have not yet found a site for timetable/fares.

Sorry ........just seen it's Wroclaw, not Warsaw.
Don't know of any Prague>Wroclaw buses. Will research......
www.polrail.com will give you Polish train timetables (and maybe fares) in English for the return journey.

Berlin-Prague starts from 29 euro (if bought in advance on DB website).
Prague-Wroclav costs 27.2 euro (via Lichkov) or 42.8 return...

Train.
Single tickets Berlin - Praha, Praha - Wroclaw, Wroclaw - Berlin.
Train fares in Czech Republic and Poland are still very cheap.
Use the DB personal timetable planner. It should work for CZ and PL!
Train is the safest form of land transport yet invented. And it can be as fast (or slow) as you wish.

Re: berlin-->praque-->wraclow Posted: Sun July 5, 2009 09:20 AM UTC
It is very easy to buy tickets from bahn.de
You can print our vouchers (and must take the same card with you, to prove identity) or have them send tickets to you (for a fee).
To get the cheap fare you will have to book online in advance. These fares sell out very quickly. There are still 29 euro fares for your dates, but otherwise you will pay 60.20 euro. It's worth booking online.
So:
Just select 'Berlin' and 'Prague'. You will find that the trains you get listed go from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Hbf...main station) to Praha-Holesovice, which is the main station in Prage where all trains from Berlin arrive.
So then just follow the instructions to get your ticket.

The journey time Berlin>Prague is clearly given on the bahn.de website. It takes 4 hours and 43 minutes.
The same site will give you train departure and journey times for Prague>Wroclaw (choose Wroclaw Glowny...the main station). Leaving from Prague (Praha) Holesovice journey time is from 6h 20 m upwards, depending on departure time.
