Rhode Island Cape Cod

Hello, We are planning to visit Cape Cod (a day trip from Boston). Can someone guide us to the best sea beach. We like sea shore where you feel the waves and wind.
Information about other places of interest too will be very much appreciated.

The Atlantic Ocean Beach's are all on the "lower Arm", where the Cape take a 45 degree turn north to Provincetown. Nauset Beach in Orleans usually has wind, good surf and fairly cool water -- below 70 F in July. Plenty of info on the net about Nauset. Also check VT Cape Cod pages.

North of Orleans are towns of Eastham, Welfleet and Truro (some fairly big cliffs). Most of this is part of the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Note that getting onto the Cape at the beginning of the weekend and getting off it on Sunday afternoons can involve very slow moving traffic.
