When I click on 'notices' I'm getting a copy of VT frontpage instead of the list of notices

I use firefox and am not getting this problem now nor when you made this post.
Have you tried clearing your cache? may have been a momentary problem and you cached at that moment. Worth a try.

Lately I've just swung over to Firefox and getting the same 'page not console' as the others. It was OK on Firefox at first.
Wasn't the console going to be changed/upgraded ??

I've never had trouble with the console in Firefox.
Yes when VT revamps in August, the console could be changed completely from what we have been told already.

We have the same trouble (using Mozilla), except for "notices" works when you are on VT email page. But the same is with voting - in new window opens the page we've voted for, and the vote does not appear (we've checked with Pinar). Everything works ok with IE (but we are so used to Mozilla tabs...). Hope it is going to be fixed soon.

I have had two longish periods (2 weeks +) when my notices concole has only been accessible from my email page (IE).

I wrote to feedback each time, and it was eventually fixed....whatever it was. Not my computer anyway, def a VT glitch.

Yes, persisting with my Mozilla Firefox too.
But I just access it via my email page.
Maybe it's a result of a little start being made on the 'console upgrade' ??

No Pam I haven't updated Firefox lately.
I'm a bit wary, I've lost IE and don't want to lose it!
Being of the dinosaur family - they've just found another batch in N.W. Queensland, Winton, - I'm still running Win 98!!
"No support, sorry" . :-(
Inga tell us more please.

Nothing to tell really. I just downloaded Firefox and installed it. It offered me to import 'Favourites' from Mozilla and I did it
Now it works.

Firefox is Mozilla. Not sure what you mean there. Sounds like maybe an updated version could be the solution.

I have used Firefox on my main PC (Windows ME) for about four years, and this problem has only arisen very recently. However, like Zvrij I do get Notices via email. I still have IE on a laptop (XP, SP2) that's OK.

Memo to self - must defrag to see if that makes a difference!

OK, I can precise... if there are any doubts
I had just Mozilla with a dinasaur on the red background and now I downloaded Firefox. The logo is a Fox.
There is also a Thunderbird, which is also Mozilla.

With Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.11, notices console works only from e-mail page. With Mozilla Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 everything is ok.
