Internet cafes downtown w/ Skype?

Are there any internet cafes downtown ie Tribeca, Soho or Wall Street area that you can use Skype? This is for friends from Europe that did not bring their laptops-I think some hotels might or Kinko's... Any help would be appreciated- thanks in advance- kvf

All you need is a WIFI connection. Starbucks has it, and I would imagine there are plenty of people that do not secure their routers. Last time I was in NYC I had a choice of services from my hotel room and the hotel's service was not the highest on the list. but I was staying in the Financial District.
