Getting to the Airport from the Railway Station

Could some kind person familiar with Faro tell me if there is a bus I can catch from the train station to the airport ; how often it runs and the approximate fare. Thanking you in anticipation

Faro has a bus station (a bit run down if you ask me) and you can get the airport bus costing €1.65. It leaves from outside the bus station in the road and journey takes 20 minutes. Much more info at this web site:

You will find the bus timetable in English on the bus company website here:

It leaves from Av. Republica in Faro. Buses run roughly every 30-40 minutes, journey takes 20 minutes. One-way fare is 1.65 euro.

The bus to the airport starts from outside Faro Bus Station, about 200 metres from the train station, but does also stop closer to the train station. On exit the train station it is across the square on the right hand side as you look. Bus number is 14 or 16.
