Question Posted By: Replies:
AV advice, please.

My paid Zone Alarm Security Suite is running out. Have to decide what to do...

Am looking at the free Avira Anti-virus, and the free Avast Home Edition.
I currently also have the free Ad-Aware in addition to [paid] ZA.

I run Firefox on XP SP2.

Opinions, please?

Thanks!

I use Avast and also do a weekly Spybot run and the combination seems to be fine. The only thing to be aware of is that some AV's (especially Macafee - booo, hisss) are programmed to treat new AV's as viruses and so it's best to delete your current one before installing a new one.

What happened to all of the previous replies? They seem to have gotten deleted for some reason?
