Not that I can think of, but then I've never had to do that. You can park around both airports at offsite parking lots and then take the "L" into the city and then over to Union Station, but that may not help you out if you have a lot of luggage.

The Union Station in Chicago is at 225 S Canal St. There is a CPS Parking lot at 320 S Canal St, Chicago, IL‎ - (312) 786-0111‎
Unfortunately the Chicago Union Station does not have direct access to the local transit service. The "EL" (for elevated tracks) is about a block south of the station.

You don't say where you are coming from, if you are coming from the suburbs, why not take Metra? A lot of Metra trains come into Union Station, others come in at Oglivie just a couple of blocks away, the rest over by Michigan Avenue which is a short cab ride away. If you are coming from somewhere else, the el is just a block or so away and Rich's suggestion of parking near the airport is good, O'Hare or the Cumberland el station if you are coming from the northwest, Midway if you are coming from the south.

The lots near Union Station tend to be a)really expensive if they are on the east side of the Dan Ryan or b)outside and not a place where I'd park my car for a week if they are on the west side of the Dan Ryan.
