I live in Jerusalem. November/December is a 'chancy' kind of season. As often as not it is cool, but not yet cold, except at night. You will need a warm jacket in the evenings.
It may rain 2 days out of 5 or it may not rain at all in November. December is more likely to have some rainy days.
It rarely snows before January, but it can happen. Snow however is rare here, maybe once in 5 years we get a snowfall that is more than just 'snow flurries'.
Depends a lot on where you are from. If you are accustomed to/prefer warm weather then yes, you might prefer the Spring, say end April - early June.
More tips on my Jerusalem pages.
Welcome and have fun.
