This is the Austrian railway website in English:
http://www.oebb.at/en/index.jsp
It will give you train times, details and fares (and may allow online booking, if you choose).
There are several direct trains through the day. I would always choose train as being more convenient, and more comfortable than bus. You will only have to lift your luggage onto the train, store it and lift it off again..there are overhead racks and luggage storage within each carriage.
The Austrian Eurolines website has an English option:
http://www.eurolines.at/en/home/
and, when you start the booking process (to find times and fares) you will see a small UK flag to the top left. Click that and you will get the English version. Just make up the required details (your email etc) to see fares....you can rebook using your proper details later, if you want.
There are several buses per day (5, I think) and fares vary according to which you choose. They start at 23.50 euro one-way.
Bus will be cheaper than train, but take longer.
