Hi there,

I'm pleased to congratulate the great Eid Al-Fetr to all Muslims around the world, particularly in Middle East region. I wish all of you a year full of health, success and happiness until the next holy month of Ramadan.
Let's pray for a better world; for peace and for justice; let's get united with all people with different religions who obey the God to make the world without any type of imperialism and terrorism.

Hi there,
Thank you Mike for your message, and I hope so; even though you are not a Muslim.
Kamal, the best part of Eid-al-Fetr in Iran is its special praying (Salat) at morning. In Tehran, more than 500,000 people gather for praying and it's really fantastic.
We have two amount for Fetrieh! This year for people who their main food is "rice", it was about $3.61 per head and for people who their main food is "wheat", it was about $0.72

Regards,

Eid Mubarak Ali and all other muslims!
Some of my pupils had a day off from school (one on Tuesday and two on Wednesday) to celebrate the day. One of the pupils mothers sent me some baklava and somethingelse (don't know the name) from their party. It was really nice!

AsSalamualaikum ,

To Ali , thanks for your info regard on Fitrah and how your local people clebrating the Eid. Almost the same to Malaysian. A week before Eid-ilFitr , to the people at the standard a little bit higher then "poor" ( eating 3 times a day , having own shelter not Bungalow and going to work by own car ) they start giving "Fitrah" in the form of Rice , Clothing and Money to the poorer , at the same time they are paying the Fitrah to the authority . Early in the morning after Solah Fajr ( Subhi , the first Prayer) visiting the grave yard for Do'a ( prayer) to the people who left us earlier with reading Yaasin or simple Do'a.

Hope Eid 2003 will bring solid determination to all Muslim whole over the World, how to avoid unnecessary BloodShed scaterred whole over the earth !! To uplifting the Islam is a Muslim task , avoid others Paranoia & Negative thinking to Islam. Go back to square One " Islam is Ad-Dinn " Safe , Peace and Harmony....prove it as an individual of Islam , Insha'allah !!

Salaam to non Muslim friends here, thanks

AsSalamualaikum to brothers Muslim,
Kamal
