I am visiting Cairo in next few days. Can some one advise me where to visit and which time of the day is better for that!

WOW!! This covers it all!!! But no way to do in just a few days.

It will be hot in Cairo now so visit Gizeh, Memphis and Sakkarah in one day. Start Mephis and Sakkarah early morning. Have a LOOOONG lunch in one of the establishments on Sakkarah road which serve lunch and a swimmingpool.
Late afternoon explore Gizeh, have diner around there and watch the Sound and Light show.

2nd day:
Very early in the morning visit the Egyptian Museum. In order to avoid the truckloads of busses at around 10 am. Spend midday at Al Azhar Park and enjoy the view over Old Cairo while having lunch.
Visit the Citadel late afternoon and spend the evening at the Khan el Khalili.

3rd day: Coptic Cairo; Felluca sail during lunchtime (you can have your lunch served on the ship). Afternoon Ibn Tulun Musque and Gayer Anderson Museum. Have Nile diner cruise during the evening.
