is there a helicopter company who will do charter to take us from Bucharest to Craiova airport any idea on cost

As far as I can see prices are from 600-700 euros up.

You could also use regular flights, from Bucharest to Timisoara with TAROM or Carpatair and then from Timisoara to Craiova with Carpatair - this should be around €90-100 (if tickets are booked in advance).
