Reservations for accomodations

Hello, Im planning a cycling trip around Denmark either from Viborg to Skagen or part of the North Sea route from Aarhus and I would prefer not to make reservations at either B&B's or hotels. Will I have any difficulty finding accomodations or should I book everything in advance? Secondly has anyone ever done any of these routes in Denmark? Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

if i was you then i would just ask at the local tourist information as you go along.
they always have an updated list of all bed and breakfasts and they rarely fill up in denmark as long as you are ready to pedal a couple of miles.
that would also give you the freedom to not set a certain amaount of kilometers a day in a country where the weather can be quite unpredictable even in the summer.
