Iran To Ankara or Istanbul by Train

I know that there is a train that leaves Tehran on Thursdays but have also heard that there is one that leaves on a Tuesday in summer. I am hoping to be traveling around 20th September. Does anyone know if there is a train on Tuesday at that time? And can anyone suggest who to book it through?

as I searched through www.RAJA.IR, the programme for Sep wasen't cleared yet but until aug. both in thursday and Tuesday was available, contact me if need help. wishes

When you travel to such places, a day or two more or less should not matter! Take your time and as it comes because those places are not predictable as Europe or USA! Tuesday train may break down and you will end up in Thursday train, if you have an onward flight dont calculate it to tight! Good luck!
