Dear All,

do I have to mention that I love to drink tea? *LOL*

Just wondering if anyone has any idea or suggestions or experience in any kind of tea house or tea ceremony in all traditions offered in Singapore!?!?!?

Looking forward to any kind of recommendations:-)

also, take the walk in the botanical gardin in the center of the Orchard Road, near your hotels - there is a nice tea house in the gardins - and you can do some tai chi with a variety of groups

I checked the "old hong kong" tea house.... it is not exactly what I am looking for.

My preference is ceremonial tea.

You might enjoy Yixing Xuan Teahouse in Tanjong Pagar Road, off intersection South Bridge and Maxwell Roads. Some exquisitely preserved pre-World War II shophouses in this area. Tea Chapter is also nearby.
The Maxwell Road Food Centre is also close by: try the famous Tian Tian (store's name) Hainanese Chicken Rice.
Enjoy!
