What are the requirements to rent a van for San Francisco ?

You must have a credit card, be 21 and have a drivers license. Was there something more specific that you were wanting to know?

You must be able to see over the sterring wheel :-)

For most car rental agencies, you have to be 25 years old, with a valid driver's license from your country or (even better) an international driver's permit. They will sometimes rent to drivers 21-24, but will charge you extra.
