Hi, all

I am planning to visit Aero island on 30 june or 1 july and from there i would like to get to Kiel in Germany. Is there a ferryboat from Marstal or from Langeland island? The internet hasn´t been helpful with providing me with any answer so far , so i thought i would ask the all knowing people of VT.

there is no ferry from langeland to kiel anymore.
it closed a few years ago.

from aeroe i guess your best bet is to go back to the island of fyn and then take the ferry from boejden to fynshav (www.alstrafikken.dk) and then drive to kiel from there.

The ferry from Langeland (Bagenkop) to Kiel stopped in 2003.

There is a ferry from Aero (Soby) to Als (Mommark).

From Mommark you can take a bus to Sonderburg

From Sonderburg you can take a bus to Flensburg (Germany)

i was not aware that the ferry to mommark was still running.
that is certainly the way to go then.

5 daily departures according to the 2009 timetable.

i know it now that i am thinking about it.
it was the faaborg-mommark ferry that closed down many years ago.
