Phuket Leather Handbags and good Tailors in Phuket

I am going to Phuket next month and am interested in picking up some good quality leather handbags. Are there any to purchase besides the vinyl fakes? and where to go? I also will be looking for a good tailor for myself and husband for some shirts and suits.

I have seen one place in Patong selling nice leather copy bags, it is on the "back" road (one back from the beach), near Hello Kitty's past Jungceylon. Other than that, I have a shopping tip for a place I have bought a couple of bags at and he also sells good copy watches, but he is up at Cherng Talay, if you can get up there. Best to head up about 6pm, do some shopping at Tom's, then have dinner at one of the neighbouring restaurants - a good choice of them.

No, quite easy. He's just after the intersection in Cherng Talay. He has Tom's written in white on the side of his shop. It is where the restaurants are, opposite the Marriott Vacation Club. Check my tip for more details;
