I plan to visit Prague for the first time next year. Please tell me what the weather is like in the latter part of March. Thanks.

Due to extreme climatic changes the World is experiencing at the moment, trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local, on the day variations.
Most places now are seeing weather conditions well outside the norm.

You can expect anything, average does not tell much, early March can be snow and in the end of the month it can be very hot, so if you are in the end of March you probably have the better chance for the better weather. I know it was very hot for me in Prague this year.
