Do you know a big toy shop in the center of Munich ???

Will be better if it is loceted at the main pedestrian street between Karlplatz and Marienplatz

Karlsplatz has a toyshop and if you walk into the big department stores, e.g. Kaufhof, they have quite a choice of toys as well.

Hi loislois - I saw your other post about travelling with your children.... can't help with a toy store but they might enjoy the toy museum located at Marienplatz (check -- www.discover-munich.info/munich_toy_museum.php).

This toy shop is located directly at the Karlsplatz:

Obletter, already mentioned by the previous poster, is the place to go.

Another big department store with a toys department is Oberpollinger in the pedestrian zone, close to Karlsplatz.

Galeria Kaufhof is at Karlsplatz and at Marienplatz.
