Denmark Getting to Kerteminde

I am heading to Kerteminde for July and Aug. Trying to plan out details on getting there. If I fly into the Copenhagen Airport, what is the best way to get to Kerteminde

Take the train from Copenhagen Airport to either Nyborg or Odense (some trains are direct - others you have to change at Copenhagen C)and then take a bus to Kerteminde.
