Where can I tailor cheongsam without being ripped off?

Hi will be in Shanghai in two weeks time. I would like to tailor a few pieces of cheongsam. Any leads on where I can find a concentration of honest and decent tailors shops? I am in downtown Nanjing Road. Thanks.

"Ripped off" or not, is dependent on your expectations, bargaining skills, etc.
Try going to the South Bund Fabric Market at 399 Lujiabang Lu, near Nanpu Bridge.
