Are you sure you mean Accra and not Abidjan ?

Actually, either one would be OK. A former posting listed Accra.

To my knowledge there has never been a train from Accra to Ouaga. I've had a look on the French travel forums and the latest news I could find dates from October 2008, and it was running then. Takes about 2 days and costs about 35000 cfa.
