Recommended things to do in Bogota? I am 33 like a lively scene but something more on safe side.

Interested in good food so a recommendation on that in the same area would be appreciated.

The area around Parque 93 should do, and it's safe.

No. The Dann Norte is on Calle 114 and the Parque 93 is on Calle 93, but both on Avenida 15, so the Parque is a little more south, a short taxi ride.

try the area around Santa Barbara commercial center, and UniCentro commercial center,and Country Club, safe and nice. to stay do it here very safe,and done it there for years

Andres Carne de Res out in Chia if famously good fun. The good news is, Andres just last month opened a new restaurant, Andres DC, right in the heart of Bogota's Pink Zone. Try it out. Be sure to make reservations -- the new restaurant seats more than 600 people, but we were turned away on a weekday night.

It has what you're looking for -- good food and it's very, very lively. Oh, and by the way, it's expensive. $5 for an Aguila (beer). You can buy the same beer for 50 cents at a restaurant three blocks away, but you can't beat the atmosphere at Andre's.
