Mauritius need help with beaches

I am planning to visit Mauritius in last week of june.This is my first trip and needed some help.

1.How is the weather in june and july and are the beaches swimable?
2.Which is the best area and beach to stay which has good restaurants and night life ?
3.Are there any villas with kitchen

Due to extreme climatic changes the World is experiencing at the moment, trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local, on the day variations.
Most places now are seeing weather conditions well outside the norm.

one week is very short to see Mauritius.
Nice beaches are Mon Choisy, Trou aux Biches, Pereybere.
it is in the north west.

Hello

one week is very short to see Mauritius.
Nice beaches are Mon Choisy, Trou aux Biches, Pereybere.
it is in the north west.
There are nice restaurants and night life in Grand Baie.
i just come back from there.

Hi Varun,
In regards to your question about the weather in June and July, you need to be aware that the eastern and southern coasts are particularly windy (more so July). The western coastline is sheltered from the winds.

Also, the daytime temperatures are higher on the western and northern side of Mauritius than the other parts.

If you're looking for very detailed weather information about Mauritius for different parts of the island for every month of the year then check this website: Just scroll down to June and July.

If I was you I would check out Flic-en-Flac since there's minimal wind here in June/July. Check this very good website that lists most of the public beaches in Mauritius:
