about Machu Picchu entrance fees

Hello !

I know there is a half price discount for student under 26
and for people who go to the ruins in the 2nd day !!

Is there any discount if someone visit Machu Picchu Ruins for 3/4/5/6 ... days ?
even for a week or a month ?

( like a monthly ticket for metro ... :D )

Thank you !

I do remember that there is a student discount at the FIRST day. However, the ticket person said there is NO second day discount for anyone, that means, you will pay the same fare on the Nth day (N=2,3,4 etc) as how much you pay for the first.

The regular adult fare was 72 Soles/US$20, so we paid and again the next day. The round trip bus fare is $9/person. If you prefer, you could save that by walking along the steep trail.

The good news is that at least in September, the last bus leaves the sanctury at 17:45 instead of 15:30 before, so you have some quiet time there w/o being surrounded by bus loads of 'day' tourists.

Have a good time!
