ah and here I am.
Yes actually almost 30 pages of entries ... if one is no longer interested in the forum and doesn't want to join, then I can understand the frustration.
At Lonely Planet you can subscribe and unsubscribe... I think it should be a nice feature if VT could introduce this. I believe more people would participate at forums that are now wisely arent'.... and some who did, regrets LOL
but here I am! for yet another week !
Noro Liva
Do you think we get to 15 persons?
and half a euro is not really much reduction for a group LOL

Wow! Dannie in French!! It's a première in a forum. Well, at least for me.

François,

Ah!

Pan-Belgian meeting (II part) - BUDGET
Posted: Mon November 24, 2003 01:04 PM UTC
Hello nice VTers,

Still some days to go...

I have received some questions regarding budget. Here are some details about the *cost* of the day.

The 3-4 points where you would spend money are:

- Vietnam exhibition (8,5 or 7,5 euros in group of 15)

- Noon lunch - frites (2-3 euros)

- Drinks at Bernard (2-3 euros)

- Diner at Spanish restaurant.
* Either a menu at 25 euro [sangria, tapas assortment, choice between 3 dishes (paella incl.), dessert, coffee, wine];
* Either separate dishes.
For that, TAPAS (starter): Salade à l'espagnole (6eur); Tortilla espagnole (5 each), Serrano ham (7,5eur); Gambas with garlic (6eur); Grilled gambas (10eur)
PAELLAS: à la Valencienne (10eur), Seafood paella (13eur), Mixed paella (12eur), Loabster paella (18eur)
Other dishes available....

- Transportation (metro) but since we are many, this would be low (1euro for the day).. I will check..

Voilà

NL

No need to order now.
That's all folks!

And because of my anxiety for buses, trams, metros, trains,... (except airplanes :-) ) it's a perfect excuse to drive around the whole day...
