Hi All

I will arrive Singapore airport at midnight. I wonder if there is any transportation from the airport to the city after 12am (midnight)and how much it could cost?
I read that MRT is off after 11pm.

We had transport pre arranged with our travel agent in Australia. Quite a few were on the mini bus with us. I did notice some taxis around too. One year we used a taxi to go into town. Sorry forget cost.
I think Singapore is used to late arrivals as we have always been able to access our room...? some hotels allow this facility.Marg

Taxi is easy and it's about S$20 into the city centre.

Almost all hotels can arrange an airport pick-up for you. It is then included in your bill, usually. There will be no problem getting a taxi- there is a pre-pay booth at Changi airport.Cost is S$25.00 (2008)

Taxi is the most comfortable solution. With the late night surcharge, you should expect to pay around 30 SGD to city (2009).

You can always take a cab but they offer a 10%, if I'm not mistaken bump, as late night fee. I arrived past midnight too and the cabs are plentiful.

You didn't mention which terminal you are arriving and which hotel you are staying in.

If arriving at Budget terminal, take the free shuttle bus which will bring you to the bus terminal at Terminal 2 basement.

There are buses leaving airport after midnight. Service 36A will bring you to Orchard road areas and terminating at Regent Hotel. You can ask the bus driver who should be able to help you. You could also transfer to other buses along the way.
