Hotel Suggestions in Port Louis and Grand Baie

Hi,

I will be in Mauritius last 10 days of June (travelling alone). I need to rent a hotel/hostel room which must have internet (for my laptop) and be centrally located to transport/nightlife/shopping. I am looking for some days in Port Louis and others in Grand Baie. Any suggestions?

Budget - don't know - $USD40/night?

Also, following suggestions needed:
- cheapest way to get from airport
- nightclubs in Port Louis and Grand Baie
- things to do in June/July (snorkelling, etc?)

Hello, maybe should contact "Pallagino" I found them on TripAdvisor, I was able to get US$ 50/night per person bed / breakfast / Dinner. I understand from reviews that the place is run by a great chef.

I don't think that you'd get bored easily from one trip to somewhere you've never been before. Apart from the usual watersports that are available at most of the hotels Mauritius has lots to offer as far as tourist attractions:

Trips to tropical islands such as Ile Aux Cerfs, l'ile aux bennitiers, l'ile plate, l'ile aux Gabriel ...

Pamplemousses Botanical Gardens
The market of Port Louis
Chamarel Water Falls
Rum distilleries
Swimming with dolphins
Tea factories
Wildlife parks where you can walk with lions
