Places near Sofia to visit on 1 day rental car trip

Hi everyone. Last summer I had a chance to spend couple of days in Sofia. I went to Rila Monastery and shopped at central malls! Beautiful city! Great times! Now I'm having the same chance. Already booked a car from Mobile Mania (btw perfect deal), and I'm looking for a destination for side seeing considering 1 or 2 days drive trip. Please advice.

hi,
as i know n have seen, can suggest u a Rila monastery, Borovets wt its famous ski resorts n WoNdErful nature scenery, Blagoevgrad - the city of white marble, the down town is really made of white marble, nice people n friendly, small, heart-love bistros n restaurants along the streets, GuD food n tasty! Lyulya-Kabab! o-o, smthing lovely! cannot forget its taste!:)
go more down to the South, like Sandanski, Pirin mountains, Bansko! SupeR! u'll enjoy it!
