Malta FEAST OF ST PETERS AND ST PAULS

Hi, I will be in Malta for 7 days in June this year. I noticed I will also be there for the feast of St Peters and St Pauls. Could anyone tell me what this involves. Are there many celebrations and is it a public holiday. Many Thanks Connie

There is also a folk festival in Buskett Gardens the weekend before the festival.

I bet there will be firework displays as well..............the Maltese take any opportunity for fireworks! :-)
