You should definitely stop by in Manufaktura (It's in one of the streets in the very center) to buy some soap. They have so many options, all smell lovely and they can cut the soap in the sizes you ask for. It's a souvenir shop so your options are not limited by soaps by the way.

My favourite path is about 1 km long and leads from Prasna brana to Staromestske namesti must see Orloj! to Karluv most (Karlīs bridge) along Chram svateho Mikulase (Saint Nicolaus cathedral)up to Hradcany. Zlata ulicka (Golden little street) and Svatovitsky chram (Saint Vit cathedral)are must see in Hradcany. There are many small shops along all this streets, where you can buy everything from Russian doll Matrioshka to Czech crystal glass.
