Hi

If what you mean is water without bubbles, just ask for "stilles Wasser" or "Wasser ohna Gas"

In restaurant´s the waiter will usualy ask you if you want "stilles Wasser" or sparkling, most botteled water brands have both, but tap water in Vienna is excellent (comes from the mountains), no need to buy botteled water (Leitungswasser in the restaurant, some charge for it, some haye it for free)

and you will also find this fresh water in some places in the city,in small wells ready to drink from or fill up your bottle.
One of them is at Schwedenplatz, 1 in front of C&A in Mariahilferstrasse and the ones in Kärntnerstrasse are unfortunately out of order all of this summer.
