Yes Friday is a good day to go to QVM, but you'll find it is less "touristy" with more emphasis on food and general products. Suggest if you like sausages, head into the "dairy pravilion" and get a Bratwurst sausage in a roll with sourcraut (spell??) and mustand - yummy.

Trading hours on Friday are 6am - 5pm (General merchandise closes at 4pm)
