Madrid Cochinillo at Botin
Posted: Thu May 28, 2009 10:37 PM UTC
How do I place an order for cochinillo from Botin's, to have it FedExed to me overnight? Here near Memphis we routinely send ribs that way, and I have received a Sachertorte overnight, so I know it can be done.

Loved my one evening at Botin 35 years ago. I'm trying to plan a trip back, but in the meantime ...

Try www.hogsfly.com for Vergos' ribs FedExed to you, and www.corkysbbq.com for Corky's. Those are the two best known. http://www.interstatebarbecue.com/delivery.html will get you Jim Neely's ribs, and http://www.cbqmemphis.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=6&Itemid=31 will get you some from Central Barbecue. We are the home of Federal Express, and ground zero for barbecued pork ribs. But you'll have to warm them yourself.

I'm on it. I didn't see their email address on their web site. Thanks a million.
