Hi!
I'll arrive to Chicago on Saturday at Midway Airport.
I would like to buy a 7 days pass for unlimited public trasnportation.

Could anybody tell me where can I buy it?
and then, if it is good for the airport-downtown journey.

The pass is good on CTA "El" Trains and buses and is good for 7 days at a cost of $28.00. I am not sure if you can buy it at the Midway CTA "El" station. But it will be covered on your trip back to Midway airport or O'Hare airport. Midway Airport to downtown is only about a 15 to 20 minute ride.

I used my CTA pass from O'Hare and to Midway in late 2008; I would presume that's still the case today. I had no problem buying one at O'Hare Airport and I'm pretty sure there's a vending machine at Midway as well. Just follow the signs to the CTA lines (it'll be obvious) and, right before you board, you'll see vending machines that take cash or credit cards.

YOu can buy the CTA pass at the Midway Station.
