Try a louage, it's kinda minibus service but pick up people along the way. can get a bit cramped at times.

How you travel depends on how adventurous you are. If you are a "tourist" with a suitcase then taxi/louage, take a taxi from the airport to Sousse louage station and take a louage from there. If you are a traveller with rucksack the there are more options. The time of travel is also important. Hammamet is about 100km from Monastir.
There is a train from Sousse which is a short taxi ride from Monastir. This will take you to a station (Bir Bou Regba) that is another taxi ride from Hammamet. The train (main line) does not run between Monastir and Hammamet or Nebeul. Travel time is about an hour, but very much dependent on train times or the louage filling up. The louage station in Sousse is along side the Medina. All options (except taxi all the way) will be cheap enough.

Hello
You need to take taxi from the aéroport to the louage station in Monastir and from there You take a louage to Hammamet ...If you don't found a direct louage it is better to take one to Sousse and the louage station of Sousse you take another to Hammamet .. Generally I travel to the north, can I know your arrival date ?? who knows ..perhapes I can arrange this transfert for you ???
Thank
Ali
