Budapest Tenant in Budapest
Posted: Thu May 21, 2009 08:44 PM UTC
My younger son (26) will be in Budapest for 3 months between July 1st to Sept. 30th for a research program in the Uni of Budapest. He is looking for a clean room as a tenant by a family or an old lady. He will study and improve his hungarian language.
Any help will be appreciated.

I have a room available in the centre of the city. I am a 26year old professional. I have a clean apartment and therefore would prefer to avoid a younger tenant.

I am from Ireland and speak English. I also speak middle to advanced level Hungarian.

The apartment is 90m2, has 2 large separate bedrooms and a very spacious living room. Also, kitchen, toilet and shower room.

Rent is 200 euros a month + bills (circa 235 all together)

Dear Bernard,

Thank you for your concern. My son also speaks fluent English and German. He is a tidy and clean guy. What I don't understand is that in case you make a deal with my son would he pay 235 € for a month or this is the total amount you both should share? Besides, do you smoke and is there an internet connection at home? Are you going to rent only one room or does he enjoy to use the living room, kitchen and shower? What is the address of your flat? Could you please send the photos of your flat and the room? Finally, I would be very pleased if you could inform on your profession. You can send me either a private message. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely.
