Johannesburg Travelling time/ distance

I am planning a trip to south africa in November and am flying into Johannesburg but my safari commcences on the 5th and I arrive on the 1st very early a.m!
I have a contact in Sun City and would like to stay there for a few days but am unsure about the distance between Johannesbury airport and Sun City. Can anyone shed any light on travelling time between the 2 places? Thank You, Sarah

197km and a little over 2 hours.

If one has to use public transport, then it is only a taxi that will do it in that time. I don't know of any other means of public transport out to Sun City.

Sarah- a while back we used a shuttle bus from Johannesburg Airport to Sun City. There are also flights to Sun City, which are not very expensive.
