La Mancha is a large area. You may be thinking of seeing the famous windmills. Some of the best are at a place called Consuegra. But there are others but ideally you need a car or a tour.
Maybe someone else can offer you an idea of how it is possible to reach by public transport but I think it's difficult. No train station near these windmills.
Maybe a bus.

the best area of molinos=windmills is Consuegra and not too good transportation there unless you go by car as mostly rural roads.
You also have Mota del Cuervo en Ciudad Real, Campo de Criptana just north of Ciudad Real, Alcàzar de San Juan in the same province of Ciudad Real, then in the province of Toledo you have Consuegra and Madrilejos.

However, you can do it by bus using companies Alsa from Madrid Alvaro Mendez station, travel from Madrid from 9H,14h,17H,and 20H. see here

in spanish, just go to left column click HORARIOS Y PRECIOS, then choose on the left departure city and on the right arrival city, you will have the schedules and prices ,about 2H and 8,67 euros.

Have a good trip, very nice area of Castilla La Mancha

I will add that once taken the bus, you need to walk since they are outside of the town center, walking is good in nice weather. Good luck
