can anyone tell me what will be the price (round), from the airport, to the Praha 1 district?

Look at www.cedaz.cz. They are outside arrivals all the time and will take you direct to your hotel for 480 korunas (about £16). This price is for up to 4 people (the whole group, not each). 5 and over is a bit more.They offer a small discount if you arrange return travel at the same time. Public transport is much cheaper.

Taxi will cost around 500 CZK. The only taxi licensed to operate from airport is AAA Taxi. Here is their price calculator - just enter street names:
