Phuket Gym near Patong Beach

Staying on the beach at garden resort, is there a gym near by people can go to and roughly prices?

If you use google and search for "patong gyms" you get the info you're after.

I tried that and only found a boxing gym and others in hotels with accomodation. I already have a hotel booked

Note that the gyms in hotels will usually be open to people not staying in the hotel for a small charge. Which reminds me there is a gym in the new Marriott Courtyard hotel in Patong which is opposite the Holiday Inn (which I am pretty sure also has a gym).

The Holiday Inn does have a lovely gym, spa and massage area. I am sure that you could contact them beforehand and ask prices.

There is a public gym on Rhat-U-Thit Road approximately 3 minutes walk south of Jungceylon Plaza on the Jungceylon side of the road....Just look up and you will see the big black and white gymnasium sign...I have forgotten what the charges are to use the gym but it is very reasonably priced...
The gyms in the hotels are usually small and not very well equipped...I stayed @ Karon/Horizon Resort and used their gym which was underequipped...
There are,I think 3 public gyms in Patong...Look up the Phuket fone book...We did...!!

Thank you for your help...I have jsut joiend a gym here and missed 4 days with a cold so dont want to let it go plus with all that thai food!! LOL
