This will be my fist time back in germany since 87-88 and back then i was a 7-8years ols lol so really dont remember much...just tryin to find out in american dollors how much money will i need to get by fo 2 weeks??? and should i change it to euros or keep it as american money...wont be doin to much shopping just a little and clubin....thank you

In case you're with the military and stay on the base, you won't need any Euros, but as soon as you leave the base it's Euros. There are a few places which accept US$, but the exchange rate is worse than in the banks.
One US$ is about 73 Euro cents today.
How much Euros you need depends on what you have to pay for, clubbing can get expensive if you have a few - or more than a few - drinks.
What else do you have to pay for in Euros?

ok well i wont be stayin on base ill be stayin wit a friend....so how much would u suggest in american dollars for 2 weeks....

So you don't have to pay for your accomodation?
One restaurant meal a day - about 20 Euro
Ticket for the transportation - about 5 Euro
Shopping, clubbing -I have no idea what you like, let's say another 25 Euro a day.
If you budget 50 Euro per day, you should be fine, unless you like more expensive restaurants and more expensive clubs.You also have to consider the entrance fee,not just the drinks.
