Lockers were removed from airports in the US after 9-11, unfortunately. You can sometimes find "luggage storage facilities" (like at SFO) but Logan appears to not have one.

If you are connecting with another flight, try checking in your luggage early. Otherwise, the only lockers available Downtown are in the South Station Bus Terminal on the 5th floor. I also understand the Water Taxi has a locked room available for short term use at Rowes Wharf.
