I'm going to Santa Monica and want to find a Santa Monica events calendar or Santa Monica travel guide. Any Southern California events calendar that lists Southern California visitor information including Santa Monica would do.

I lived in Long Beach a while back and my favorite thing to do was hang at the beach. If you have a car you can just cruze down Pacific Coast Highway. The things to do are endless. If you get as far south as Long Beach you should take the Queens Way to the landing and check out the Queen Mary. She is a hotel now. And if there is nothing special going on she can be pretty quiet. But,she still is pretty cool. A beatiful lounge aft. They have a tour too. The shipyards are there too. I liked seeing all that big stuff. Huntinton Beach has a great beach for hanging out.
If you decide to go north. You can always visit Malibu. Lunch and dinner on the pier. Abolanetti's. Calamari caught that day. It just doesn't get any better. Check out the Baci courts. The Mazda Laguna Seca race track is there as well. If your into racing? Hotels in Seaside are less expensive. Best wishes, roccof1fan
