Crossing the border from White Rock to Washington state

Hey everyone. I'm just wondering how long it usually takes to get across the border from White Rock into blaine, Washington (the Peace Arch). Also, what are the busiest/least busy time? I will be going there on Tuesday the 19th, so any info would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Tuesday shouldn't be too bad. I would guess 9am and 6pm might be busier for shoppers and after work crowd. It is the end of a long weekend so mid afternoon might be best. Radio AM 730 is traffic reports so, you can learn wait times on there
