Hello,
Your itinerary looks ok to me. One small point: Tallinn has a lot to see, Tarto and Pärnu not so much to my opinion.
Yet I'm an old woman talking - Tarto is a university town so a young an will have a good time there. As in Pärnu which is also a spa area- has been that for ever. (The microclimate is good there, if you like jogging etc it could be nice to do so in the area with fresh air).
Where to stay in Helsinki? The youth hostel at the Stadion. Stadionin retkeilymaja. It's a clean place and the staff there is friendly. No wild time there, though, but you can have a good rest there.
It's not awfully far away from Helsinki centre either, by tram easily accessible.
Just take it easy, relax and have fun!
all the best on a sunny day from south of Helsinki
Soili, the old woman :)
