Dublin pubs serve wine or just beer??

Just wondering if Irish pubs serve wine and not just beer--the ones in America do (at least the ones I have been to) but not sure if that is the case in Ireland. Thanks.

I would be very surprised indeed if they didn't. The ones I went into certainly did.

Yes Irish pubs serve wine...again the ones we have been in did. But if you want a properly poured Guinness there is no better place. Marg

Most of the pubs I've ever been to serve wine in little bottleS (about 250ml).
That is of course, if you just order a single serve, but I guess if you wanted a full bottle to share, they would probably have something resembling a wine list for you to choose from. In any event, suffice to say, that yes, you can get wine in Irish pubs. Enjoy!

I don't think I have ever been offered wine in a little - airline size - bottle in a pub! Nor can I remember a pub that does not serve wine by the glass - but it is usually an expensive way to buy it particularly if the serve it in larger glasses 175 or even 250ml.If you are in a group much better to share a bottle.

Don't expect a good selection of wines. Even at the better restaurants I was very disappointed with the wine choices. However, the Guiness is most excellent. Karl
